I was born in Southern California. I lived in CA mostly and some in HI.
I have loved food ever since I met my crazy husband. If you were about to die, what items would your last meal consist of and from where?
My last meal would consist of Tadashi’s butterfish, Sam’s Korean fried chicken, KJ’s mac salad, and a slice of chocolate dobash cake. If there is such a thing as a personal food philosophy, what would yours be?
“Stake Your Claim” I always need to stake my claim and tell my husband not to eat the rest of my food if I can’t finish it. If I don’t stake my claim and tell him I’ll eat it for lunch the next day, it’ll be gone in less than 60 seconds. Have you ever tasted something so good, ate too much of it, and then vomited or felt like vomiting? What was the food? Did you vomit? Maybe once or twice I’ve felt like vomiting. It was probably after Thanksgiving mash potatoes, stuffing and gravy.
No In your own mind, what makes you a good judge for this event?
I think I’ll be a good judge since I don’t really like stew, so it’ll have to be really good beef stew! What are you looking for in a good beef stew?
A lot of beef and carrots not too huge. What are you looking for in a good hamburger steak?
Good amount of gravy, hamburger that doesn't look fake or rubbery, and one that smells good.
