Get all kine Filipino baked goods at Valerio's like ube, bibinka, ensemada, Spanish rolls, empanada, sio pao, and all kines. But this pork adobo pandesal caught my eye. It's like one baked manapua (recipe) with some kind of mildly sweet yellowish granules on top the crust. The filling is like one savory pork adobo (recipe) that's been reduced down to this gooey goodness. I ate em room temperature one time, but was mo bettah throw in the microwave for 30 seconds.
