Judge Soft Warm Juicy had a friend who used to work at Bob's Bbq. SWJ asked him, "so what good fo eat at Bob's?" The friend said the hibachi chicken is one of their signature grinds. So I went try em and I liked it. It's boneless thigh meat that's seasoned then char grilled. Get just the right amount of smokey char-grill flavor on the meat. Then it's generously dipped in Bob's Bbq sauce. I don't know much about bbq sauce, but from what I could tell it was a smooth burst of tangy smokey sweetness in my mouth. Thanks for the tip SWJ.
